We have grown from One Chef at a time.

After nearly 7 years and with demand for our students rapidly growing,
we decided to start a Foundation.
The main difference is the introduction of a new building designed specifically to continue our training in a professional environment.
The new build will have modern culinary equipment including an air conditioned bakery department, meeting/classroom, office, store and adjoining training restaurant facility.
We have named the new building after a long time supporter Montague Ball (1938-2024) who helped us from the start and gave valuable advice during our growth.
Our supporters have been amazing and enabled this dream to come true.
We are now looking for corporate sponsors who could benefit from a charitable footprint in SE Asia.
